Horrible game in every way. I bought it because word was this was the best simulator for emergency services. All the game is rushing through a town to park in 2 spots. The steering wheel controls dont even work. You cant even activate the lights and sirens. The graphics are horrible and blurry. On top of that you have to pay another $2 to buy the police car or fire truck or $5 to unlock both the fire truck and police car. And the missions are near impossible and when responding to an emergency its just a park here box and there is no figures or accidents/people/anything. In some levels you can drive straight through cars. On top of that if you even touch the curb you fail the mission. On some missions the space you have to drive through is so tight you have to perfectly centered and the space left is so tiny. And to make things even worse the time limit on each mission is so small you have to floor the car through the mission and weave through things at top speed.

Controls are very lacking, offers only very basic options, and graphics are poor. But the prices that are charged are insane. 1st buy the game, then you have to buy the vehicles. Then pay money for the ability to continue the game after hitting an obstacle.... And keep paying 1-3$ for every other object hit to continue the game. Developer obviously has no pride or ethics.
